I provide not only individual, group, and family therapy services, but also offer public speaking to various institutional levels (schools, synagogues, etc.) on the subjects of Eating Disorders, disordered eating, body image, self-esteem, and mental health. This includes programs for students as well as trainings for staff members regarding awareness, prevention, etc.

I have practiced as an adjunct professor at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work since 2017, teaching a course on the Treatment of Eating Disorders.

I also write on the subjects both in the Huffington Post and the Jewish Link of New Jersey and have been privileged to be featured in Glamour Magazine, the National Eating Disorder Association blog, the Forward 50, The Jewish Week's 36 Under 36 and NBC News, among other platforms - all to spread messages of awareness and provide a sense of validation and community to others.
