Additionally, I provide therapy related to fears of maturation, relationships, mental health, adjustment, grief and self-esteem.

I employ a range of clinical modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Accept and Commitment Therapy.
I also provide Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat PTSD and stuck points related to traumatic events or events that have led an individual to feel "stuck."
